Unique Semi & Fully Rotary Press:

"Brava" is the only offset machine in the market which is able to print in-line, offering both web handling systems for infinite repeats: semi-rotary system for short and medium runs and fully rotary system for long runs.

The semi-rotary system allows you to change repeats fully automatic from the machine's touch screen panel, there is no need to change format cylinder or tools, which is critical for short runs in order to keep job costs to a minimum.

The fully rotary system, with speeds up to 150m/min, brings maximum profitability on long runs, with top quality offset guaranteed.


Higher Precision Technology:

The servo-driven machine is fully controlled and motorized from the main control desk. Thanks to the complete, integrated system with register control, automatic inking system and video inspection, the printer has the opportunity to reach the best reliability in the printing quality and obtain consistent results, also for repeat orders.
In addition, the possibility to memorize printed jobs, to pre-set the press enabling short set ups and very low waste, together with the possibility to manage automatically the color matching from Cip4, are other main advantages of BRAVA. Remote diagnostics control assistance is standard in all Rotatek printing machines.


Silk Screen Unit:

The UNIVERSAL machine is fully automatic regarding the inking system, register, and tension control.

From the PDF of pre-press to the central computer, the machine automatically sets the color curves into the automated ink fountains of the different printing units. The marks controlled by the automatic register link into the servomotors of the machine, which gives a fully automatic set up in a very few minutes, giving an astonishing result in the minimum waste of printed material.

All modules of the machine are servo-driven. This technology allows individual control of the units to obtain perfect register and size even with the most difficult substrates, giving offset printing quality which is totally constant from the first to the last meter.


Hot Foil Stamping Unit:

As a worldwide innovation, Brava integrates the new generation of hot foil stamping unit developed by Rotatek. With micrometric adjustment, this offers to the printer the maximum precision as well as best stamping quality. With outstanding quick set up times, thanks to its improvements on the design of the unit, the system gives the possibility to work with magnesium plates and foil saver system. The unit matches the high quality and robust standards, which all Rotatek constructions offer.
