KYMC ECO CI Flexo Press:


Introduction

The ECO is the ideal Cl press for those converters new to Flexo printing or looking for a low cost Central Impression printing machine and a quick return on investment.

Although the ECO is a low cost, affordable press, the precision and workmanship built into the press is at the highest standard. This comes from our 40 years of experience in manufacturing world class flexographic printing presses.

With a proven industrial design for precise register holding, excellent print quality, high productivity and ease of operation, this press can handle a wide range of production for flexible packaging such as paper, foil, plastic films, woven fabric, tissue, paper board and non woven films etc.

Print sleeve system, is one of the options that is available to upgrade the machines performance.

Optional Flying Splice Unwind:

  • Double cast iron stand with mechanical shaft for 600 mm diameter rolls. Pneumatically loaded marriage roller for manual splice. Roll diameter can be increased to 800 mm. Reel position is adjustable by hand wheel after being loaded. Automatic tension control.
  • Turret type unwind stand with motorized indexing and marriage roller for drop splice. Unwinding can be in 2 directions hence both substrate sides can be used. Automatic tension control. Available for 600 and 800 mm roll diameters.
  • Single unwind stands for big diameter rolls up to 1500 mm. Drop-in shaft type, hydraulic loading arms, shaftless chuck system available.
  • Turret type unwinder with motorized or braked shafts for big diameter rolls.

Optional Flying Splice Rewind:

  • Double cast iron stand with mechanical shaft for 600mm diameter rolls. Pneumatically loaded lay-on roller eliminating boundary air. Roll diameter can be increased to 800 mm. AC vector drive with automatic tension control.
  • Turret type rewind stand with motorized indexing and flying splice at full speed. Automatic tesion control. Available for 600 and 800 mm roll diameters.
  • Single rewind stands for big diameter rolls up to 1500 mm. Drop-in shaft type, hydraulic loading arms, shaftless chuck system, surface winding available.
  • Turret type rewinder for big diameter rolls.

Enclosed Chamber Doctor Blade Ink System:

The standard supplied rubber roll inking system can be replaced by an enclosed doctor blade chamber.

The ink is pumped into the chamber and positive pressure injects it into the anilox cells. The blade cleans the cell walls of the anilox roll so that only the ink inside the cell opening can be delivered to the plate. Through the cell count and volume of the anilox roll, the printer can precisely control ink volume. This is particularly important when printing process jobs.
